E-Classes

It was established with the financial assistance of UGC/additional assistance. It is akin to a mini-seminar hall to host meetings. It has all the audio-visual equipment to give presentations and to deliver lectures.

E-Learning Center

An E-learning Centre with 25 computers is kept open in the library during the library working hours. Library subscribers 2 INLIBNET through which about 750 E-Journals can be accessed. A nominal fee of Rs. 5/- per hour is charged for browsing the net in the E-learning Centre.

ICT Center

Information Communication Technology Centre (ICT) was established in the college under UGC –CPE Grants. It houses thirty five computers connected by LAN. It is being used to train the faculty and students in basics of computers. It is also used to conduct online examinations during campus recruitment drives.

Laboratories

Library

The Library works from 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. without any break for lunch to facilitate the students to utilize the library in their leisure hours to enrich their talents knowledge and intellectual faculties. The students are allowed to retain the books with them during examinations.

Golden Jubliee Hall

It was constructed to coincide with the golden jubilee celebration of the college during 2011-2012. It is well-furnished with audio visual equipment. It has the capacity to accommodate 400 people.

Open Air Theatre

It is on the college campus. It is used as a dais to conduct meeting especially, college day celebrations.

Botanical Garden

The botanical garden in the campus was established with the financial assistance of UGC-CPE grants. In Botanical garden, rare medicinal plants are being grown. It is maintained by the Department of Botany. The students visit the garden for performing their laboratory works.

Hostel Facilities

Boys Hostel: Tapan Das Tomal Chand Boys’ Hostel was inaugurated in 1967. It has 34 rooms which provide accommodation to the UG and PG Students of our college. There are about 75 inmates at present.
